Grooming

In the case of a no show or cancellation under the 24 hour window, 50% of the grooming cost is owed to our groomers to compensate for the lost income. 

Please note we do not book grooms over email. To book at our Riverdale store at 161 Withrow Ave please call 416.519.2929. To book at our Queen East at 481 Queen St E. please call 416.594.6666. 

We do not offer grooming services at our Upper Beaches Kingston Rd store.

NEW CLIENTS

For all new grooming clients we require a credit card number be provided at the time of booking. In the rare case of a no show or cancellation under the 24 hour window, 50% of the grooming cost will be charged as per our no show/late cancellation policy.

Why you ask? Groomers wages are commission based. With limited spots available per day, they rely on clients to honour their appointments. If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel last minute, not only do we lose out on fitting in another dog, but the groomer loses income. 

COSMETIC TEETH SCALING - OFFERED MONTHLY ON SUNDAYS

Clean Canines offers a gentle, non-invasive cosmetic teeth scaling procedure performed while your dog remains fully awake and comfortable — no sedation required. Using a professional dental hand scaler, plaque and tartar are meticulously removed from each tooth, followed by a thorough polish and brush to leave your dog's smile looking clean and refreshed. Each appointment runs approximately one hour, and the cost is $225+ tax.

This service is well-suited for dogs of all ages, and sizes, including seniors or those who are not ideal candidates for anesthesia-based procedures. Please note that this teeth scaling is cosmetic in nature and is intended to complement, not replace, veterinary dental care. For best results, scheduling a session twice per year recommended to keep plaque and tartar under control and maintain your dog's smile between vet visits.

Spots are limited, as this service is only offered on select Sundays each month. Early booking is encouraged to secure a place and ensure your dog receives the consistent care they deserve.
